Sir,
Indian economy can never be same again if more than 10 million workers have
been shunted out of jobs. That means as much less demand consequently less
production leading to further less employment. What would so called fictitious stimulus
do if it can't stop more than 10 million workers from travelling back to their
villages in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh.
No one who
lost their jobs or were unemployed or landlords got their monthly paychecks out
of this 20 lakh crores ??
No stimulus can
be helpful unless demand revives. Govt has to first remove its own created fear
psychosis so that people start shopping. Demand is not much for necessities.
Most of the demand is for show off or comparisons. Unless people start
socializing, going out there would be no demand. To revive demand particularly
in non essentials luxuries, travel or high end products unless govt removes the
its own imposed fear psychosis gripping the public.
