my letter to Ho'ble Prime Minister of India on 10th August 2021
"Entire rental / lease income in hands of landlords is escaping income tax. Landlords give their land on lease to landless farmers who till the land. Lease / rent money is shown by landlords as agriculture income which it is not . Govt should look into jamabandis to see who is kashtkar (tiller). If owner is not tiller than entire income of owner/ landlord is taxable."
