The root cause of communal opposition uniting against CJI is impending Ayodhya and Adhaar verdicts and hanging of Yakub Memon.

Ayodhya case which Lucknow verdict held that Ram temple existed on site which was demolished to built a mosque can be upheld by SC which was being avoided by communal parties 

Cong/tmc/SP/BSP/RJDNCP/AAP/CPI/M etc.

Adhaar has prevented public money to be diverted to these communal and corrupt parties by way of identifying and blocking diversion of public money to fake beneficiaries.

Yakub menon hanging has taken away votes of communal from these parties.
