Sir,
Judiciary is as much essential service
as executive, Legislature and business.
Banks are open; only few customers are allowed inside and rest wait for their
turn in queue by maintain social distancing.
Govt offices
are being opened; for public with masks and
social distancing.
Business shops
are open; only few customers are
allowed inside and rest wait for their turn in queue by maintain social
distancing.
Courts can be
also opened; by allowing only a few
advocates inside courtrooms at a time and rest can wait outside in queue. Chairs
can be placed at distance of 1 meter. Enforce use of sanitizers, thermal
checking of temperatures. Restrictions can be placed on entry of advocates (having
no essential work) and public. Advocate may be allowed to argue with one person
client or junior.
Number of
cases can be restricted but entire Judiciary must sit and work must go one.
