How to control corruption.

On 3^rd June 2014 i gave following suggestions to our Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji on how to Control Corruption (Corruption is rape of Mother India)

1. Remove present director CBI,

2. Make CBI independent,

3. Appoint people with clean images with quick grasping powers as vigilance officers in all ministries,

4. Make hearing of complaints of corruption by vigilance officers mandatory in presence and participation on complainants.

5. Permit CBI courts to entertain complaints from private citizens against corrupt govt employees.

6. All financial transactions should be in transparent manner and in public domain.

7. To deter corruption, punish corrupt with death penalty.

Let there be Light

There are those, no doubt, who may disagree with some observations that appear in this blog. That is quite all right with me. However, by all means let such a voice come forward suitably, not to disagree and not to disprove, but to improve! My only request is that the well known "smear technique," so frequently employed as an argument, be replaced with facts, not by smears that approach blackmail handed out by anyone, including vested interests.

I recall a meaningful observation - "It is better to light one small candle in a dark room than to live forever in the dark!" I hope this, my modest "candle," may burn brightly and be of some value to my fellow citizens. Then, the "dark" room may become a bit "lighter."

Complaints against Judges

It is the duty of every Advocate and citizen of India to make a complaint against a Judge or any other public servant to proper Authorities when ever proper grounds exist. This duty is contained in Rule 1 of Duty to Court under Bar Council of India Rules, Section 3(2) of Judges Protection Act, IPC, Prevention of corruption Act, In house Mechanism framed by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, and letter Dt 27.5.2011 received by me from Ministry of Law and Justice, New Delhi. If any Judge makes counter complaint, he will be guilty of contempt of his own court u/s 16 of Contempt's of Courts act for causing obstruction in course of Justice.
