This Judicial corruption and incompetence, taught Sh Kapil Dev Aggarwal that for Judges a Rupee one telephone call from a friend colleague or some known one is more important than their oath to uphold truth and law. In 2005 when divorced happened, he decided to fight Judicial corruption and fight for upholding Truth and Law. Sh Kapil Dev Aggarwal knew that he needs enough savings to last him his lifetime if he has to take up cudgels against a corrupt Institution as powerful as Judiciary.
