Capital infusion in Banks

Mr, Prime Minister,

Recently few Indians were categorised among richest in Asia including Mr Mukesh Ambani who owes Rs 1 Lakh crores to Indian banks. Rich are holding public money and yet Public sector banks need more infusion of capital.
Suggestion;
No one can call himself or herself rich at expense of tax payers money. Every corporate who owes more than 20,000 crores to banks be asked to reduce their outstanding to banks by atleast 10% every year.

Is J Suryakant LLB or graduate?

I sought graduation and law degree of J Surya Kant under RTI. the response was that these degrees are not available. strange while appointing a peon, the courts cjeck degrees but not while appointing a high court judge. few year after becoming a high court judge, he applies for and is granted (now who will refuse a high court judge) admission to LLM. A high court Judge would do LLM only if law degree is fake. Here is response under RTI;-

Judiciary is plagued by decades long queue of pending cases. The only solution to quickly deal with cases is to have more specialized tribunals on the lines of consumer forums. start with district level 1st appeal with state level and second appeal with national tribunal. Judiciary is facing rising unemployment among retired HC and SC judges. More tribunal at district/state/national; level will give employment to retired judges and reduce workload on regular courts. special vacations enjoyed by Judges should be abolished.

After removal of red beacons. Modi Govt should do away with huge bunglows given to politicians, bureaucrats judges at cost of Indian public. their size be limited to 150-250 sq yards or 2/3 bedroom flats in societies.
