Taliban in Kabul is a threat to India on China Pak border areas from Kashmir to Arunachal including east Punjab

My letter to Hon'ble Prime Minister of India on August 17, 2021

"In 1989 when Russia left Afghanistan, Taliban supported by Pakistan took control and they sent their fighters to Kashmir and then began genuine holocaust @ the ethnic cleansing of Kashmiris.

Now in 2021 USA left Afghanistan, Taliban supported by xi jingping and Pakistan have again taken control of Afghanistan.  They will again send their fighters to indo china and indo pak borders to foment terrorism. India must double it's guard on entire border with China and Pakistan.

I see trouble brewing in entire border with areas with China Pakistan including East Punjab (minus Delhi, haryana and Himachal)."

Let there be Light

There are those, no doubt, who may disagree with some observations that appear in this blog. That is quite all right with me. However, by all means let such a voice come forward suitably, not to disagree and not to disprove, but to improve! My only request is that the well known "smear technique," so frequently employed as an argument, be replaced with facts, not by smears that approach blackmail handed out by anyone, including vested interests.

I recall a meaningful observation - "It is better to light one small candle in a dark room than to live forever in the dark!" I hope this, my modest "candle," may burn brightly and be of some value to my fellow citizens. Then, the "dark" room may become a bit "lighter."

Complaints against Judges

It is the duty of every Advocate and citizen of India to make a complaint against a Judge or any other public servant to proper Authorities when ever proper grounds exist. This duty is contained in Rule 1 of Duty to Court under Bar Council of India Rules, Section 3(2) of Judges Protection Act, IPC, Prevention of corruption Act, In house Mechanism framed by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, and letter Dt 27.5.2011 received by me from Ministry of Law and Justice, New Delhi. If any Judge makes counter complaint, he will be guilty of contempt of his own court u/s 16 of Contempt's of Courts act for causing obstruction in course of Justice.
