1. Sh. Bhupinder Singh Hooda, Chief Minister,
Haryana,
House No 1, sector
3, Chandigarh
2. Secretary, Law & Legislative
Department
SCO No. 57-59, Sector 17-C, Chandigarh
Sub; Suggestions
for early disposal of employee cases.
Dear Sir,
Problems;
Employee cases linger on and on and
particularly in High Court where they are kept pending for 20-25 years.
Solution;
1. Establishment
of Haryana Administrative Tribunals exclusively dealing with Employee and
labour cases and writs from labor Courts.
2. Establishment
of expert panel to deal with employee grievances. All representations from
employees where reliefs are not granted by Departments be sent to expert panel
consisting of one member of department and one member from Judiciary.
Benefits;
Reliefs to employees, workers and their
families throughout Haryana. Administrative tribunal should be established at
every district HQ. BJP lost elections in Himachal mainly because it annoyed
Employees by closing Himachal Administrative tribunal.
