an honest politician is helpless before bureaucracy

(Bureaucracy) ....

Does J Suryakant of High Court have two wives ?

To,           Date; 28.9.2015
The Acting Chief Justice,
Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.

Sub; Meenu Sharma or Savita Vashisht; who is real wife of J Surya kant?
Sir,
Advocate Pradeep Bhandari S/O Justice (retd) K P Bhandari had complained to your office that J Surya Kant is interfering in his matrimonial dispute with his wife Anu Sharma sister of Meenu Sharma w/o J Surya Kant. To substantiate that J Surya Kant is his सांडू (wife’s sister’s husband), he attached documentary evidence with his complaint that Meenu Sharma is actual wife of Surya Kant. Verification of passports of J Surya kant/his children and Pradeep Bhandari and Vivek Bhandari sons of Justice K P Bhandari would reveal that all of them travelled at same time to USA ostensibly to meet Meenu Sharma. Website of High Court mentions Savita Vashisht as wife of Surya kant.

It is an admitted fact that any information relating to one’s wife would be personal and its disclosure would cause invasion of privacy. PIO vide his letter No 1411/PIO/HC Dt 19.08.2015 and Registrar Administration vide its letter No 192 Dt 23.09.2015 states that documentary evidence about relationship between J Surya Kant and Meenu Sharma is personal and its disclosure would cause invasion of privacy thereby implying and admitting that Meenu Sharma is real wife of J Surya Kant. If Meenu Sharma is real wife of J Surya Kant, than who is the lady living in public property? The matter requires deeper probe.

In view of the fact that Registrar of the High Court states that information about Meenu Sharma as wife of J Surya Kant is personal, a deeper probe may be carried out about the woman living with J Surya Kant in public property. Does it not violate conduct rules applicable to public servants?

Unlearn from Gandhi

Excerpts from my letter to SH Harish Khare former Media advisor to Congress Prime Minister

Prolouge

Mohamed Ali Jinnah was born to Jinnahbhai Poonja and his wife Mithibai Poonja of Gujarat. After death of his first wife his cousin, Jinnah married his second wife Rattanbai Petit, 24 years his junior.  She was daughter of his friend Sir Dinshaw Petit, a parsi from Mumbai. Their only child, Dina married, Neville Wadia a Parsi businessman and he is credited with creating Islamic Pakistan out of India.

Jawahar Lal Nehru who some say is grandson of Muslim Ghiyasuddin Ghazi  got changed name of his husband of Indira Gandhi from Feroz Khan to Feroz Gandhi was first Indian Prime Minister.

MK Gandhi;-
Mahatma Gandhi who is touted a apostle of peace rather never wanted India to be free but just wanted to be Viceroy under British rule. His non-violence was merely a camouflage to keep India enslaved under British;
Source;  Gandhi advocated violence

MK Gandhi's politics from support to far away Khilafat to asking refugees to vacate particular religious places were communal, divisive and destructive.

Unlearn from Gandhi;-

Dependence on Gandhi’s brand of communal, divisive and destructive politics did harm to congress and nation. Disregard for nationalists and supporting radical Islamists which began by support for far away Khilafat  ultimately created an Islamic state and resultant death of millions. Gandhi’s policies of communalism also created a nation within a nation. When other parties realized what Gandhi actually stood for,  they also jumped on the Gandhi bandwagon of divisive and destructive politics and result was that congress lost several states to those parties which followed MK Gandhi in its communal and divisive ideology. Congress lost UP to SP/BSP, Bihar to RJD/JDU, WB to TMC/CPM, Kerala to CPM, and recently Delhi to AAP because the other parties happened to beat Congress in Gandhi's Communalism. AAP which is more intensely following Gandhi’s communal and divisive politics may unseat Congress in remaining states.

Dependence on Gandhi has weakened Congress. Changing names from Feroz Khan to Feroz Gandhi for votes is no longer sound. Dependence on fake Gandhi be it Rahul or Priyanka or her small children cannot be the future of congress.

I fear for Robert Vadara;-

Robert Vadara may be killed (as some say Shastriji was) so that Priyanka and her children can get back the name of Gandhi or Rahul would have to adopt Priyanka's children, which Robert Vadara in his lifetime will not allow.

Congress needs to develop nationalist leaders. Being a former media advisor to Congress, I hope that this would be brought to notice of those who matter within congress party other than fake Gandhi. For congress to survive, Congress needs to become secular, democratic, honest and nationalist.

It is time to unlearn Gandhi.

Tributes to my father in 'The Tribune'

"I was sad to learn of the demise of Raj Kumar Aggarwal. He was 92 and probably the oldest advocate in the high court in Chandigarh. His son Kapil Dev, who was kind enough to inform me of his father’s passing away, believes Raj Kumar Aggarwal represented “the oldest advocate office of the High Courts in the states of Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh or Delhi and probably also West Pakistan.”

I never met Raj Kumar Aggarwal, but corresponded with him. Early this year, I had received a very angry letter from him. He was very, very annoyed with The Tribune’s coverage of the JNU affairs. He suspected that The Tribune had become “a mouthpiece of the Marxists and their brand of violent, destructive agenda.”

The communication was full of passion and anger. He reminded me of a recent history of Punjab: how in 1978, the then SGPC chief, GS Tohra, and Marxists had joined hands to help send Harkishan Singh Surjeet to the Rajya Sabha with the help of the Akali MLAs, and how this alliance wreaked havoc on Punjab. He warned me that “The Tribune’s continued support to the Marxist brand of violence and death will plunge Punjab into another reign of terror. The Press can push any nation into chaos by false reporting as is being done by The Tribune.”

He had concluded his letter on an ominous note: “I will shortly be approaching my newspaper agent to discontinue The Tribune with a heavy heart for ending the 100-plus-year-old relationship with The Tribune.” I wrote back to him, as soon as I could, expressing my surprise and anguish. I offered him to come and have a cup of coffee with him. He graciously called back to say that we would meet as soon as he felt a little better. Unfortunately, that did not come about.

Raj Kumar Aggarwal’s communication was an elegantly drafted letter. I was struck by the mental agility and intellectual clarity that Raj Kumar Aggarwal could command at the age of 92. Though it was not so gentle a rap on the knuckles, I felt deeply impressed that someone could feel so strongly at that age."
