Supreme Sharia Court of India
Few days ago, BJP MP Dr. Nishikant Dubey made a serious accusation on the Supreme Court, stating:
> “If anyone in this country is responsible for inciting religious violence, it would be the Supreme Court and its judges!”
His statement stirred the judges. A, well-known scientist, writer, and speaker Anand Ranganathan released a video statement, fully supporting Dubey. In fluent English, Ranganathan posed 9 powerful questions to the Supreme Court. These questions are very important. Below is a brief summary:
*Anand Ranganathan’s 9 Questions to the Supreme Court:*
1. `Double Standards on Kashmir Issues:` The Supreme Court quickly took up petitions from opposition parties against the removal of Pakistanis and even Article 370, which had given special status to Jammu and Kashmir. But when petitions were filed regarding the 1990s atrocities against Kashmiri Hindus—such as forced displacement, home takeovers, destruction of temples, murders, rapes, and mass exodus—they were rejected by the Court saying, “It happened too long ago.” *Is this not double standards?Doesn’t this create anger among Hindus? Is this not what leads to religious conflict?*
2. `Silence on Waqf Board’s Misuse:` The Supreme Court is now worried about Waqf Board reforms. But in the last 30 years, the Waqf Board has illegally seized property, avoided taxes, and operated a parallel judicial system—yet the Court remained silent. If reforms are seen as a threat to Islam, then how was building mosques and dargahs on Hindu lands acceptable? Over 2 million Hindu properties were seized by the Waqf Board. The Supreme Court stayed silent. *If this is not religious bias, what is?*
3. `Temple Funds Used Elsewhere, Hindus Restricted:` Hindu temples are controlled by the government. Their income is used for madrassas, Haj pilgrimages, Waqf Boards, iftar feasts, and loans. But Hindu religious activities are challenged in Supreme Court and supreme court puts restrictions on hindu religious activities. Petitions related to Hindu rights are often dismissed. Minorities are always given special priority. *Is this fair? Or is this a way to provoke riots ?*
4. `Education Discrimination Against Hindus:` Under the Right to Education Act, Hindu schools must reserve 25% seats for minorities. But Muslim and Christian institutions are exempt from this rule. Thousands of Hindu schools had to close, and Hindu children now study in non-Hindu institutions. *Isn’t this encouraging religious conversion? Why doesn’t the Supreme Court see this one-sided rule?*
5. `Free Speech Hypocrisy:` When Hindus speak, it's called “hate speech.” When others speak, it is called “freedom of expression.” Nupur Sharma merely read from Hadith, and the Court called it hate speech. But when Stalin and other leaders called Sanatana Dharma a “disease,” the Court stayed silent. *Is this justice?*
6. `Biased Ban on Hindu Traditions:` The Supreme Court bans Hindu practices like Dussehra animal sacrifice. But no questions are raised about mass animal slaughter during Eid. During Janmashtami, Dahi Handi celebrations face height restrictions. But no action is taken against Muharram-related violence. Diwali crackers are called harmful to the environment, But Christmas fireworks face no criticism. *Is this not discrimination?*
7. `Worship Places Act Blocks Hindu Restoration:` The 1991 Places of Worship Act mandates that the religious character of places as of August 15, 1947, must not be changed. This law blocks Hindus from reclaiming ancient temples that were destroyed or converted. The Ram Mandir had to be fought for over many decades. Many other temples remain encroached. *Is this not historical injustice?*
8. `Targeting Only Hindu Traditions:` In the Sabarimala case, the Court hurt Hindu sentiments. Some Hindu temples follow male-only or female-only customs.But the Court only questioned Hindu traditions. In Islam, women cannot enter mosques or recite the Quran in certain settings. In Christianity, women cannot become priests. *Why didn’t the Court question those religions?*
9. `Inaction During Anti-CAA Protests:` During the Shaheen Bagh protests and the anti-CAA riots, the Supreme Court did not take firm action. Protesters blocked public roads, but the Court didn’t stop it. *Isn’t this a mockery of the law? Didn’t this too increase Hindu anger?*
Is it supreme Court or discriminatory Supreme Sharia Court.
Judiciary in week ended 21.7.2025:
1. Concluded that nobody killed 189 people, acquitted terrorists including Pakistanis
2. Declared that Justice Verma, accused of being a stealing, scamming, bribe taking thief, is still “respectable”
3. Suppressed a move about Kanhaiya Lal’s beheading
4. Quashed FIRs against Muslims who sheltered foreign Tablighi Jamaat members during COVID
5. Told Hindus how to worship in the Tirumala Temple petition about cow milk
6. Told Hindus how to worship again by disallowing Nama Sankeertanam in residential societies without permission.

Benefits of Demonetization / Remonetization
On 8th November 2016, Modi Govt banned issued new 500 and 2000 rupee notes and banned old Rs 500, Rs 1000 notes is surgical strike on terror funding and black money. To move towards less cash economy, govt has asked banks to provide POS terminal to all business outlets by 31.3.2017. In unprecedented outcome, approx Rs. 500 crores in cash and jewellery seized and approximately Rs. 8,000 crore of Undisclosed Income admitted by the taxpayers. Income Tax Department is carried out investigations in more than 6000 cases
PM Modi's emphasis on the "transfer of wealth" from the "corrupt" to the poor was materialized with remonetization which came after his move to provide zero balance free savings accounts to every poor. Remonetization casted him as the architect of transfer of money from rich to poor.
Benefits of Re-monetization.
1. Labourers who sold photocopy of their adhaar card for Rs 500-2500.
2. poor who converted black money of rich by
depositing it in their bank accounts against commission
3. Bankers who opened accounts on the basis
of somebody else's adhaar account with fake signatures of black money holders.
4. Senior bankers who thus helped black money
laundry.
5. General Public who took 10%-30% commission
for converting black money into white by depositing black money in their
accounts
6. Employees who took 10%-30% commission for converting black money into
white by depositing black money of employers in their accounts.
7. Black money holders who paid one time 10%-
30% for conversion of their black money to white instead of paying 30 % tax
every year.
8. Govt received almost entire money into
banking system. No loss of money, no gain.
9. Govt personal tax revenue increased by 30%
in that fiscal corresponding to AY 2017-18.
10. Outstanding debts of lakhs of people running
into lakhs of crores paid off by old currency.
Other Benefits of demometization;
11) Earlier a lot of figures of black money were thrown around whereas no one was actually aware of how much was black money was there which is held in cash. Now cash has been deposited in banks.
12) Most future transactions are expected to
be through banks. This would be taxable leading to another additional tax
earnings which can be used to alleviate poor and remove poverty.
13) Stone pelting and terrorism which was a
paid profession is likely to be reduced though this benefit may be only of a
short term unless we can control China’s CPEC in POK.
14) communist killings were financed by cash.
There is perceptible fall in killings in months immediately following
remonetization. There has been no dalit killings, no brahim mass murders in
commies ruled Kerala.
15) Entire machinery of terrorists was put in
disarray for considerable period.
16) Bollywood which is financed mostly by
dubai based cash kingpin is sure was affected leading to more work for minority(Sanatani-
non-converts) community.
17) immediate fall in fake currency and
inflation.
Imagined or Perceived ill effects narrated by opposition are false;-
1) Employed were not affected. It generated
lot of work for unemployed daily wagers who stood in que for others.
2) People are now more cautious is spending
leading to increased savings.
3) Death is certain. Number of people who
died due to heart attack during the 50 day period was on an average same as
during this period last year. Number of people who died due to heart attack by
not standing in line was much more than those who died due to heart attack
while standing in line.
4) No-one who was spending by cheque or cards
was affected. Others are learning to be digital, the modern way forward.

अगर
उसके बावजूद भी इस देश के किसानों को सरकार से अपना हक नहीं मिल रहा तो शायद कभी
नहीं मिलेगा।

व्यवसायियों, वकीलों, पढ़े-लिखे
बेरोजगारों, ड्राइवरों, कचरा
बीन कर पेट पालने वालों पर डालो।
रोज
नई नई समस्या से जूझते हैं रोज रोज मरते हैं परन्तु
कभी
भीड़ इकट्ठी कर देश के कानून को बंधक नहीं बनाते,
नित
अपनी कमजोरी के लिए दूसरों पर आश्रित नहीं होते
अपनी
कमजोरी का रोना रोकर दूसरो के हक नहीं लेते
देश
की सरकारों से ब्लैकमेलिंग नहीं करते।
बहुत
हो गया ये रोज रोज का तमाशा
सरकारों
को दोष देना बंद करो।

मैं मानता हूँ कांग्रेस में कुछ कमियां थी।
मैं मानता हूँ कांग्रेस में कुछ कमियां थी।
ये सच है कि 24 लाख करोड़ के घोटाले हुए।
ये सच है कि हिन्दुओ की नही सुनी जाती थी।
ठीक है मानता हूं कि महँगाई बढ़ते बढ़ते 12% से ऊपर चली गई थी।
मैं मानता हूं कि आतंकवादी मजबूत थे।
मैं मानता हूं कि पाकिस्तान और चीन हमारे उपर हावी थे।
मैं मानता हूं कि अलगाववादियों की चलती थी।
मैं ये भी मानता हूँ कि विकास दर एक बार को 4% से भी नीचे आ गई थी।
भगवा आतंकवाद को झूठा प्रचार मिला था।
चलो ये भी मानता हूं कि विदेशों से परमाणु और सैन्य सौदों में दिक्कत थी।
10 साल तक कोई बड़े हथियार नही खरीदे गए थे।
माना की चीन ने 4-5 जगह पर कब्ज़ा कर लिया था
सैनिको की आधारभूत सुविधाएं उन्हें नहीं मिली थी
माना की सेना का मनोबल बहोत कम था
माना की A-SAT मिसाइल के परिक्षण की अनुमति नहीं मिली
माना की नक्सल आतंकवाद चरम पर था
माना की गाहे बगाहे बम ब्लास्ट हो जाया करते थे
मानता हूं सेना को OROP नही दे पाए थे
माना की Swiss Bank में पैसा जमा किया जा रहा था
देश पर विदेशी कर्ज बहोत ही ज्यादा था
माना की सरकारी बंगले पर वाड्राइन ने कब्ज़ा किया हुआ था

माना आज की तरह 28 किमी की जगह प्रतिदिन 2 ही किमी हाइवे ही बनते थे
माना 21,000 गावो में बिजली नही थी
माना की 41 करोड़ लोगों के बैंक अकाउंट नहीं थे
माना की घर की बिजली अक्सर चली जाया करती थी
माना महँगा गैस सिलिंडर लाइन लगाकर लेना पड़ता था
माना 20,000 लोगों के पास गैस सिलिंडर नहीं थे
माना जनसाधारण लोग खुले में शौच जाते थे
माना की किसान Urea के लिए भी तड़पता था
माना लाखों करोड़ों के आयल बांड ले लिए गए थे
माना PM गूंगा बहरा गुलाम निकम्मा था
मानता हूँ की सरकार से RGF ट्रस्ट में पैसा चला जाता था
माना की देश का व्यापार घाटा बहोत ही ज्यादा था
फसल बीमा योजना जैसा कुछ नही था
माना की Border Road प्रोजेक्ट ठप्प हो गया था
मानता हूँ की Crude Oil रिज़र्व का काम अधूरा छोड दिया था
माना कि, होमलोन 11% थे, मकान बनवाना महँगा था।
हम मानते है गौहत्या आसान था और अवैध बूचड़खानों पर कोई लगाम नहीं था।
माना की जाकिर नाइक जिहाद की अवाज्ज़ा बुलंद करता था
माना बुखारी के अनुसार काम होता रहा होगा
माना देशविरोधी नारे लगाने पर कार्यवाही नहीं होती थी
माना तिरंगा भी जला लेते थे कुछ लोग ।
माना की Waterways प्रोजेक्ट ठप्प हो गया था
माना की 10 साल में राफेल नहीं खरीद पाए थे
मानता हूँ की भारत की अर्थव्यवस्था Fragile 5 कहलाने लगी थी
माना कांग्रेस ‘राम मंदिर’ और हि’न्दू विरोधी थी
मानता हूं कि कालाधन की एक पैरेलेल व्यवस्था से प्रोपर्टी डीलर खुश थे।
आज की तरह 28 किमी की जगह प्रतिदिन 12 किमी हाइवे ही बनते थे।
कोयला, 2G, कामनवेल्थ में थोड़ा बहुत देश का नुकसान हुआ होगा।
माना की देश के 2.5 करोड़ घरों में बिजली नहीं थी।
मानता हूँ कि बड़े उद्योगपतियों को 34 लाख करोड़ से ज्यादा के लोन दे दिए गए।
माना कि रेलवे स्टेशन पर गंदगी थी और सुविधाएं नहीं थीं।
माना कि आतकवादी हमलों के जवाब में 'सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक' नहीं की जाती थी।
लेकिन
ये तो मानना पड़ेगा की:
कांग्रेस के समय प्लेटफॉर्म टिकट मात्र 5 रु में था !
क्या आप लोग कांग्रेस के देश पर किये अहसान भूल जाओगे ...?
चीन से पिटे और उसने हमारी जमीन कब्जा की।
कश्मीरी ब्राह्मणों को दिल्ली में सेटल किया।
2 करोड़ बंगलादेशियो को देश को जॉब दिया।
कश्मीर में आतंकवादियों का शासन स्थापित किया।
अमन की आशा का संदेश देते हुए आतंकवादी छोड़ दिए।

करोड़ों फर्जी मनरेगा जॉब कार्ड्स जारी किये
बिचौलियों को उनका पूरा कट मिलता था
Journalists को सरकारी खर्चे पर मौज उडवाई जाती थी
सिंधु नदी के पानी से पाकिस्तान की फसल लहलहाई।
अफजल गुरु और कसाब को इज्जत बख्शी।
उर्दू को द्वितीय राजभाषा बनाया।
पंचशील सिद्धांत से चीन को काबू में रखा।
शिमला समझौते से पाकिस्तान को पराजित किया।
सबसे बड़ा अहसान तो ये किया कि गाँधी वंश परम्परा को मरने नही दिया।

Bogibeel Bridge-longest rail road Bridge in India
जब बात देश के बुनियादी ढांचे के विकास
की हो तो मोदी सरकार अतुलनीय कार्य कर रही है, बोगीभील रेल रोड
ब्रिज अब बन के तैयार है, इस ब्रिज पर ट्रेन का ट्रायल चल रहा है,
110
किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से ट्रेन का ट्रायल सफलतापूर्वक पूरा हुआ है, बोगीभील ब्रिज
परियोजना की लागत शुरू में 3230.02 करोड़ रुपये थी, लेकिन अंतिम
संशोधित लागत 4857 करोड़ रुपये है.
प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी कुछ ही महीनों में इस ब्रिज
को देश को समर्पित करेंगे.
आईए इस रेल रोड ब्रिज के बारे में कुछ
महत्वपूर्ण बातें जानते है. 👇
बोगीभील ब्रिज उत्तर-पूर्वी भारतीय
राज्य असम में ब्रह्मपुत्र नदी पर 4.94 किलोमीटर लंबी संयुक्त सड़क और रेल पुल है जो #Dhemaji
जिला और
#Dibrugarh जिले के बीच है.
बोगीभील रेल रोड ब्रिज की योजना 1985 में बनी थी.
1997 में स्वीकृत
हुई.
1998 में इसको
मंजूरी मिली.
2002 में अटल बिहारी
बाजपेई जी द्वारा इस ब्रिज निर्माण की नींव रखी गई.
इस रेल रोड ब्रिज का उद्धघाटन 2009 में होना था.
इस कार्य में तेजी 2014 में मोदी के
कार्यभार संभालने के बाद आयी.
इस ब्रिज के निर्माण से वर्तमान में
डिब्रूगढ़ असम के उत्तर पूर्वी क्षेत्र से ब्रम्हपुत्र नदी पार करने के लिए 600 किलोमीटर की
दूरी घट कर 4.94 किलोमीटर हो गई है.
Assam
के
उत्तर-पूर्वी कोने में डिब्रूगढ़ से कार्गो जहाजों को केवल ब्रह्मपुत्र नदी को पार
करने के लिए 600 किलोमीटर का चक्कर लगाना पड़ता है.
इससे अरुणाचल प्रदेश में चीन कि सीमा
के पास सैन्य सामग्री पहुंचाने में भारतीय सेना को भी फायदा होगा.
बोगीभील ब्रिज में कुल 42 पिलर्स है
जिनमे से जुलाई 2014 तक सिर्फ 15 पिलर्स बने थे,
27 पिलर्स
सिर्फ 4 वर्षों में मोदी सरकार द्वारा बनवाया गया है व पूरे ब्रिज
का निर्माण कार्य पूरा करवाया है.
परीक्षण के दौरान ट्रेन ने 110 किलोमीटर प्रति
घंटा की असाधारण गति सफलतापूर्वक हासिल की है.
इसके पूरा होने पर, यह भारत का सबसे
लंबा रोड और रेल पुल होगा, जो पहाड़ी इलाके में बेहतर रेल कनेक्टिविटी
प्रदान करेगा.
निचले डेक को एक डबल लाइन 1,676 मिमी ब्रॉड गेज
ट्रेन ले जाने के लिए डिज़ाइन किया गया है और ऊपरी डेक पर 3-लेन वाली सड़क
है.
यह पानी की सतह से 32 मीटर ऊपर है.
बोगीभील पुल के डिजाइन में 125 मीटर की 39 विस्तार और
संयुक्त वेल्डेड स्टील बंधन व सुदृढ़ कंक्रीट का एक अधिरचना है.
बोगीभील ब्रिज 916 किलोमीटर लंबी
ब्रह्मपुत्र नदी पर 6वां पुल होगा.
छह और ब्रिज का निर्माण जारी है/योजना
बनाई गई है.
मोदी सरकार की ब्रम्हपुत्र नदी पर कुल 12 ब्रिज के
निर्माण करने की योजना है.
इस प्रोजेक्ट की समय सीमा को देख कर आप
आसानी से समझ सकते है कि कांग्रेस सरकार ने किस तरह महत्वपूर्ण योजनाओं को वर्षों
तक लटका कर रखा, कोई ध्यान ही नहीं दिया, वोट पाने के समय
योजनाओं का शिलान्यास किया और सरकार बनने के बाद अपनी ही योजनाओं को ठंडे बस्ते
में सालो तक पड़े रहने दिया.
कांग्रेस पार्टी की सरकार किस दिन का
इंतज़ार कर रही थी देश की इन महत्वपूर्ण योजनाओं पर कार्य प्रारंभ करवाने, निर्माण कार्य
पूरा करवाने के लिए ?? कांग्रेसियों ने सोचा होगा की एक दिन मोदी आएगा
और वो सब काम करेगा फिर हम कहेंगे कि ये तो हमारी परियोजना थी, मोदी तो बस फीता
काट रहा है...
मोदी जी ने ऐसी ही दशकों से लटकी 10 लाख करोड़ रुपए
की परियोजनाओ को शुरू करवाया है और लगातार खुद इन सभी परियोजनाओं की सेटेलाइट
टेक्नोलॉजी के माध्यम से समय समय पर निर्माण स्थिति का जायजा भी लेते रहते है..
मोदी सरकार देश की भलाई के लिए दशकों
से लटकी परियोजनाओं पर युद्ध स्तर पर कार्य कर रही है और कोशिश कर रही है की इसी 5 वर्ष के
कार्यकाल में ही जिन परियोजनाओं को हाथ में लिया है उसको पूरा कर देश को समर्पित
किया जा सके.
