It is the duty of every Advocate and citizen of India to make a complaint against a Judge or any other public servant to proper Authorities when ever proper grounds exist. This duty is contained in Rule 1 of Duty to Court under Bar Council of India Rules, Section 3(2) of Judges Protection Act, IPC, Prevention of corruption Act, In house Mechanism framed by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, and letter Dt 27.5.2011 received by me from Ministry of Law and Justice, New Delhi. If any Judge makes counter complaint, he will be guilty of contempt of his own court u/s 16 of Contempt's of Courts act for causing obstruction in course of Justice.
