Sub; Suggestions of early resolution of
citizen grievances.

Following steps will
help citizens grievances to be resolves within few months;-
1. Establishment of Administrative tribunal in
every district of Haryana will ensure that all employees cases will be disposed
off within 6 months.
2. Establishment of Circuit Bench of High Court
with strength of atleast 25 judges and provision of future strength of 75
Judges in any centrally located backward area of Haryana. Choice
of backward area will ensure its development without resort to wasteful subsidy.
3. To curb land mafia and speculation in land; a)
Agreements to sell be registered. B) GPA be registered with same stamp duty as
for sale deeds.
4. Give validity
to marriage vows. Muslims
have no marriage disputes regarding maintenance or dowry on account of “mehar”.
Hence nuptial contracts/marriage vows be given legal validity which will decide
post marriage inter se disputes qua maintenance, dowry or divorce. All gifts
given to either party be compulsorily written down and witnessed by both sides
including one person of eminence or a lawyer.
